so i've come to one very important realization over the past year and so months (ever since i started at northwest)......i hate my job! tragic isnt it :-/

Hate your job? You work at a bank it's clean and air conditioned? I never had a job that wasn't hot cold dirty and hpyerallergenic. Try a few months in the plant doing the same thing 10 hours a day 6 days a week. Then start complaining.

i like going to bank but not working there... whoever works there always have no life. my friends work there and often finish work at 9 pm.

I worked in the shipping dept for Baker And Taylor. A book distributer. I loaded 2 to three thousand ups boxes each day 30-120lbs. No air conditioning. Everyone there unhappy and complaining the boss is continually pissed and is complaining about you using the bathroom outside of lunch 10-12 hours a day. For what? $8 an hour that you have to fight for. I had to beg for my check some weeks. I quit that place and am never gonna step foot in it again. If I wind up hungry I ain't going back. I know how to hunt and grow beans.
